Entrepreneurship and a well-functioning start-up eco-system is an essential part of an innovative and competitive economy, and the society.  They are the forces behind creative destruction that is expected to lead to improved economic and social well-being.The recent concerns about privacy of personal information or the possibility of facial or speech recognition technology being used for surveillance or the machine learning algorithms going rogue require us to ask questions about unintended consequences of innovation and the way we need to manage risks associated of innovation in certain domains. • Leadership
It is a share view that the current organisation environment is characterised by uncertainty and complexity. At the same time, the nature, technology and economics are coalescing to create a multi-generational, multi-cultural workforce across the world. In addition, delayering, while speeding up decision making, limits the opportunity for Reflective Thinking and Practice.

At this stage, we believe that it is important to discuss the role of leadership and see if we can develop a shared perspective about what it means to lead in an uncertain and complex environment.
