Professor, Leadership Development and Change Management

Helping individuals and teams discover and evolve their mental models is Ch’s passion and approach to leadership development and change. At IASCC, Ch leads the Institute initiative of building on John Dewey and Donald’s Schon’s work on critical thinking and reflective practice.

Ch designed & facilitated leadership development and organizational talent development initiatives across organization levels during his 20+ years with General Electric. Ch assisted the leadership teams in crafting vision, structuring operating systems, learning need diagnostics, design & delivery of learning programme to enable change and build transformational culture. He contributed to diversity & inclusion besides passionately working on creating a safe and fair environment.

Prior to GE, Ch invested time in editing, space selling, distribution, and academic administration at ICFAI (Assistant Editor & Faculty, 1994-1998) and Fitchburg State College India Center (Assistant Director 1998-2001).

Ch founded Pariprashna, in Jan 2022, to focus on facilitating safe, secure and confident leadership space for individual, team and organizational development.

Ch is a key-note speaker, a jury member, and a guest speaker in various management schools.

With a PhD in Linguistics and Phonetics, an MA, a PG Certificate in HR Management (XLRI) and a BSc, Ch holds certificates in EQ (MHS), DiSC (Target Training International), Counseling Psychology, FIRO Qualifying Program & Six-Sigma (Green Belt, GE).
