As Chief Financial Officer of New Tirupur Area Development Corporation Limited, he was part of the top management team responsible for financing and implementation of the Tirupur Water Supply Project, the first greenfield PPP water supply and sanitation project in Asia.

Jyotsna Ayyagari is a Research and Strategy professional with over three decades of experience across Banking, Financial Services, EdTech, and Corporate Learning. She brings a rare combination of industry insight, analytical rigour, and social impact to her work. She is a Co-founder and Head of Strategy & Research at Excelrate Factors Private Ltd., a growth execution technology firm, serves on the Board of Directors of Vishya Learning Solutions Private Ltd., and is the Co-founder and President of Prema Pravinya Society (PRAVINYA), a not-for-profit focused on academic and vocational skilling.

At Excelrate, she is a co-founder and heads research and strategy. She has been instrumental in shaping the Growth Execution Management Software (GEMS). At IASCC, Jyotsna leads the strategy formulation and execution practice.

Srinivas Chirravuri (Ch)

Professor of Practice, Leadership Development and Change Management 

Helping individuals and teams discover and evolve their mental models is Ch’s passion and approach to leadership development and change. At IASCC, Ch leads the Institute initiative of building on John Dewey and Donald’s Schon’s work on critical thinking and reflective practice.

Ch designed & facilitated leadership development and organizational talent development initiatives across organization levels during his 20+ years with General Electric. Ch assisted the leadership teams in crafting vision, structuring operating systems, learning need diagnostics, design & delivery of learning programme to enable change and build transformational culture. He contributed to diversity & inclusion besides passionately working on creating a safe and fair environment.

Ramya M

Research Associate, Strategy and Finance

Ramya holds a master’s degree in commerce from Acharya Nagarjuna University and a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Osmania University. She is currently pursuing Executive Post Graduate Program in General Management from IIM Ranchi. Ramya has two and half years of combined experience in operations and process improvement at Amazon, where she contributed process improvement ideas for reducing delivery failures.

At IASCC, Ramya’s research work focuses on industry and company specific studies that explore the relationship between strategy and business performance. Currently, she is working on steel, two-wheeler, and retail industry firms. Her work also contributes to building Business Simulation products at IASCC.

Dr. Remalli Anthony

Research Fellow, Economics

Anthony’s research work focuses on pricing of agriculture products from farmer and consumer perspective and on India’s nutritional security.

Anthony has completed his Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics at Anand Agricultural University, Anand, Gujarat. He holds an M.Sc. in Agricultural Economics and a B.Sc. in Agriculture from Acharya N. G. Ranga Agricultural University, Andhra Pradesh. Anthony qualified for UGC-NET in Economics and the ASRB-NET in Agricultural Economics.

He is also a recipient of the Best Research Scholar Award (2023-24) from Vigyan Varta and received UGC-NFSC-SRF Fellowship (2023) during his Ph.D. His doctoral research focuses on “Total Factor Productivity, Resource Use Efficiency, and Export Competitiveness of Millets”, while his master’s research examined the “Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Paddy Production and Marketing”.

He was involved in a NABARD-sponsored project on tenancy and credit. He has authored more than ten research articles and eight book chapters, also acting as reviewer in reputed peer reviewed journals and actively participates in scholarly dissemination through presentations at national and international conferences.

He has completed advanced training in analytical techniques, agricultural market intelligence, and statistical analysis using R software. Beyond academics, he has served as an Ambassador for the Warwick Economic Summit and has held leadership responsibilities within student organizations, reflecting his commitment to academic leadership and student engagement.

Krishnendu Banik

Research Associate, Finance and Economics

Krishnendu holds a master’s degree in economics from the Central University of Kerala and a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Calcutta. Krishnendu focuses on role of innovation in accelerating economic growth and building resilience.

Before joining IASCC, Krishnendu worked as a research associate at the Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad, on fiscal management in local governments in Odisha. His work examined the relationship between intergovernmental transfers and local government finances, with a focus on public spending and fiscal autonomy.

At the Centre for Analytical Finance, Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, he worked on the Telangana Government-funded Vision Telangana 2047 project, focusing on livestock-sector development and infrastructure planning. He contributed to evaluating proposed infrastructure investments, developing long-term sectoral growth strategies, and formulating recommendations for the Telangana Government.

Earlier, at Jadavpur University, he worked on a theoretical study of robotization and meta-learning in labour markets, examining how reinforcement-learning systems adapt and the implications of such technologies for future employment and skill requirements. He has completed his dissertation, conducting research on climate change and food security at the Central University of Kerala, including work that developed a state-level framework for assessing food security across India.

His broader research interests span financial markets, game theory, and the economic implications of emerging technologies.

Kota Sri Harshini

Research Associate, Economics

Harshini’s research is in the fiscal policy area, with specific focus on choice of resource mobilisation and allocation strategy, and the assessing the effectiveness of fiscal policy choices.

Harshini holds a B.A. (Honours) in Economics from Nizam College and a Diploma in Financial Management from Osmania University, followed by an M.Sc. in Economics from BASE, Bengaluru.

Prior to joining IASCC, she interned at BITS Pilani, CESS Hyderabad, and EY Strategy & Transactions, gaining experience in economic research and policy advisory.

Her research interests include macroeconomic policy and development economics.
