I am a Bachelor of Commerce, Fellow Chartered Accountant, Fellow Member of the Management Accountants, Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified Black Belt and a Lead Graduate of 2009, reserved for Top Talent in J&J. I am currently the GPO for FP&A for J&J and Senior Vice President of Finance.

In my earlier role, I was world-wide VP of Finance for Diabetes Care Business, focusing on business transformation in developed markets, creating new growth models for emerging markets, leveraging existing infrastructure across the enterprise, tax management and people leadership.

In my role as VP Finance for Asia-Pacific at Janssen, I was also the GM (Commercial) of smaller markets. I was Vice President of Finance and Business Services for J&J Medical Asia-Pacific, before moving on to Janssen.

I have worked in all markets across the world and have contributed to driving growth by building different business models, improving systems and compliance effectiveness and growing profitability. I have set up global Centres of Excellence and Shared Services Centres in North America, EMEA, Asia-Pacific and Latin America.

I have extensively worked on talent development in my team with many of my team members taking global roles. I have a strong belief that investment in building people and process capability is key to our success.
